Dr. Tanaz Kahen
Dr. Tanaz Kahen was born in Tehran-Iran. She is a United States citizen. She earned her Medical Degree from Ross University School of Medicine in 1998. Her internship in Obstetrics was done at the Catholic Medical Center in New York and her residency in Obstetrics was done at the University of Illinois and received honors as "Chief Administrative Resident".
Dr. Kahen is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is ACLS and BCLS certified and belongs to the American Medical Association. She is the Chief of Obstetrics & Gynecology at Providence-Tarzana Regional Medical Center.
She takes great pride in knowing that she is helping women of all ages to maintain their health and assist in treating them woman to woman. She has delivered over 3,000 babies and loves each one as if they're her own.
She is fluent in four languages: English, Farsi, Hebrew, and Spanish.
